Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with foil.
- Place the peppers on the baking sheet and roast for 30 minutes until puffed and the skin is blackened in spots.
- Remove the peppers from the oven and let them cool.
- Once cool enough to handle, peel the blackened skin off and discard it.
- Remove the stems, seeds, and ribs from the peppers.
- Slice the peppers into ribbons or leave them whole.
