Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with foil.
  2. Place the peppers on the baking sheet and roast for 30 minutes until puffed and the skin is blackened in spots.
  3. Remove the peppers from the oven and let them cool.
  4. Once cool enough to handle, peel the blackened skin off and discard it.
  5. Remove the stems, seeds, and ribs from the peppers.
  6. Slice the peppers into ribbons or leave them whole.
