Instructions
- Preheat the broiler.
- Cut the tops off the peppers and remove seeds and membranes.
- Slice the peppers into segments and lay skin side up on the cookie sheet.
- Place the peppers under the broiler and char them until blackened.
- Remove the peppers and place them in a zip-lock bag, sealing it immediately.
- After about 20 minutes, remove the skins from the cooled peppers.
