Pumpkin Spice Syrup

Instructions
- Make the Pumpkin Spice Syrup by simmering brown sugar, granulated sugar, water, pumpkin spice, pumpkin purée, and salt in a saucepan for 15 minutes.
- Let the syrup cool for another 15 minutes before straining and stirring in vanilla extract.
- To make the iced latte, cool the espresso shot to room temperature.
- Fill a glass with ice and set it aside.
- In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the cooled espresso, Pumpkin Spice Syrup, and milk.
- Shake until very cold and pour into the prepared glass, including the foam.
