Detox Salad

The dressing

Instructions
- Chop all the veggies roughly and place them in a food processor to finely chop.
- Add the almonds to the food processor and pulse until roughly chopped, then mix with the salad and add sunflower seeds.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients until smooth.
- Store the salad and dressing separately until ready to serve.
