Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, Dijon mustard, olive oil, garlic, ginger, honey, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
- Add the broccoli, cabbage, carrots, cilantro, parsley, and green onions to the bowl and toss to coat the vegetables in the dressing.
- Let the salad marinate for 10 to 15 minutes to enhance the flavors.
- Before serving, stir the salad again and top with sliced almonds or any other desired toppings.
