Eat Your Greens Detox Soup

Instructions
- Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat, then sauté onion and garlic until soft.
- Add mushrooms, carrots, and broccoli, season with salt and pepper, and sauté for 5 more minutes.
- Stir in ginger, turmeric, cumin, and cinnamon, and sauté until fragrant.
- Add broth, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until vegetables are tender.
- Just before serving, stir in nori (if using) and kale, cooking until wilted. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice if desired.
