Turmeric Broth Detox Soup

Instructions
- Sauté onion in olive oil over medium heat for 5 minutes until fragrant and golden.
- Add ginger, garlic, and fresh turmeric, and sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
- Add mustard seeds, cumin, coriander, and optional turmeric powder, and sauté for 1-2 more minutes.
- Add water, stock, and salt, then bring to a simmer.
- Add vinegar or citrus, taste, and adjust seasonings as needed.
