  • ¼ cup lemon juice

Lemon Glaze

  • ¾ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 2-3 teaspoons fresh lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Prepare the streusel topping by mixing flour, granulated sugar, light brown sugar, and melted butter until crumbly.
  2. Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
  4. In a mixer, beat softened butter, sugar, and lemon zest until light and fluffy.
