Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200C/400F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs with celery salt, salt, and pepper.
- Toss the chopped chicken in the egg mixture until fully coated.
- In another bowl, combine the parmesan cheese and keto bread crumbs.
- Add the chicken pieces to the dry mixture and toss to coat.
- Place the breaded chicken on the baking sheet and bake for 15-17 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Serve warm.
