Instructions
- Chop the onion and sauté it until soft.
- Finely chop the tomato and mango.
- In a bowl, combine the sautéed onion, tomato, mango, and chopped basil.
- Add the olive oil and balsamic vinegar to the mixture.
- Season with Herbamare to taste and mix well.
- Let the salsa marinate for a while to enhance the flavors.
