Mango Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1 cup finely chopped tomato
  • 1 cup finely chopped mango
  • 1 finely chopped sauteed onion
  • 1 tbsp fresh chopped basil
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • ¼ to ½ tsp Herbamare seasoning

Instructions

  1. Chop the onion and sauté it until soft.
  2. Finely chop the tomato and mango.
  3. In a bowl, combine the sautéed onion, tomato, mango, and chopped basil.
  4. Add the olive oil and balsamic vinegar to the mixture.
  5. Season with Herbamare to taste and mix well.
  6. Let the salsa marinate for a while to enhance the flavors.
