Ingredients

  • 2 mangoes ripe mangoes, peeled, pitted and diced
  • 1 small red onion, peeled and diced
  • 1–2 jalapeños jalapeños, seeded and diced
  • ½ cup chopped fresh cilantro, loosely packed
  • 1 lime juice of one lime

Instructions

  1. Prep all ingredients to your desired size.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and toss until evenly mixed.
  3. Taste and season with salt and pepper if needed.
  4. Serve immediately or refrigerate in a sealed container for up to 2 days.
