Ingredients

The salsa

  • 2 whole ripe mangoes, peeled, cored and diced
  • 1 whole jalapeño pepper, seeded and finely chopped
  • ¼ cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cumin
  • to taste salt

For serving

  • as needed tortilla chips

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the diced mango, jalapeño, red onion, lime juice, cilantro, cumin, and salt.
  2. Stir the mixture to combine well.
  3. Chill the salsa until ready to serve.
  4. Serve with tortilla chips.
