Ingredients

  • 2 units ripe mangos, finely diced
  • cup red onion
  • ¼ cup minced cilantro
  • 1 unit lime juice
  • 1 unit jalapeño, seeds removed and finely diced OR serrano, diced
  • to taste unit Kosher salt

Instructions

  1. Dice the mangos, red onion, and jalapeño.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl.
  3. Mix well and adjust salt to taste.
  4. Serve with chips.
