Ingredients

  • 3 whole ripe mangos, diced
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, chopped
  • ½ cup chopped red onion
  • ¼ cup packed fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
  • 1 large jalapeño, seeded and minced
  • 1 large lime, juiced (about ¼ cup lime juice)
  • ⅛ to ¼ teaspoon salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine the diced mango, chopped bell pepper, chopped onion, chopped cilantro, and minced jalapeño in a serving bowl.
  2. Drizzle with the juice of one lime.
  3. Stir the ingredients together with a large spoon and season with salt to taste.
  4. For best flavor, let the salsa rest for at least 10 minutes before serving.
