Ingredients

  • 1 medium Mango (ripe; peeled and finely diced)
  • 3 medium Roma tomatoes (finely diced)
  • 1 small Red onion (finely diced)
  • ¼ cup Fresh cilantro (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Lime juice
  • 1 tsp Sriracha
  • ¼ tsp Sea salt (to taste)
  • tsp Black pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Combine mango, tomatoes, onions, and cilantro in a medium bowl.
  2. Add lime juice and sriracha, then mix well.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Refrigerate for a few hours if time allows to enhance flavors.
