Ingredients

  • 2 cups peeled and diced mangoes
  • ¾ cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 1 medium avocado, diced
  • cup chopped red onions, rinsed
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 3 Tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 whole jalapeno, seeded and diced
  • to taste salt

Instructions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, toss together all ingredients.
  2. Season with salt to taste.
  3. Serve shortly after preparing to prevent the avocado from browning.
