Instructions
- Blend oats to make oat flour and set aside.
- In a food processor, combine coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, almond butter, sea salt, and oat flour, then pulse until a dough ball forms.
- Transfer the dough to a bowl and fold in chocolate chips.
- Scoop the dough into balls using a cookie scoop.
- Store any unused dough in an airtight container in the fridge.
