Instructions
- Heat treat the flour using either the microwave or oven method.
- In a mixer, cream the vegan butter with the brown sugar and white sugar for 2-3 minutes until combined.
- Add the milk and vanilla extract to the mixture and continue mixing.
- Slowly add in the heat-treated flour and mix until just combined.
- Using a rubber spatula, fold in the chocolate chips.
- Transfer the dough to a bowl and enjoy immediately.
