Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer or oven for cooking the salmon.
- Drizzle olive oil over the salmon and coat it with the spices.
- Cook the salmon using your preferred method (air fryer, baked, or pan-seared) until it reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
- Cool the salmon and flake it into smaller pieces.
- Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions, then rinse and pat dry.
- In a serving dish, mix together the mayo, Greek yogurt, or sour cream with ranch seasoning.
- Add the cooked pasta, flaked salmon, and remaining ingredients to the bowl.
- Taste and adjust the seasoning as needed.
- Chill for 1-2 hours if desired, or serve immediately.
