Ingredients

  • 1 ⅛ cup ChocZero Sugar-free Dark Chocolate Chips
  • cup Besti Monk Fruit Allulose Blend
  • ½ cup Unsalted butter
  • cup Dutch processed cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup Wholesome Yum Coconut Flour
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 2 tbsp Heavy cream
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp Sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (176°C) and prepare an 8x8 inch baking dish.
  2. Melt butter and 1 cup of chocolate chips in a double boiler, then let cool slightly.
  3. In a food processor, combine the melted chocolate mixture with eggs, vanilla, and heavy cream, and pulse until mixed.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the sweetener, cocoa powder, coconut flour, and salt.
  5. Add the dry mixture to the food processor and pulse until smooth.
  6. Spread the batter in the prepared pan and top with the remaining chocolate chips.
  7. Bake for about 20-30 minutes until the edges are set but the center is still soft.
  8. Allow the brownies to cool completely before slicing.
