Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (176°C) and prepare an 8x8 inch baking dish.
- Melt butter and 1 cup of chocolate chips in a double boiler, then let cool slightly.
- In a food processor, combine the melted chocolate mixture with eggs, vanilla, and heavy cream, and pulse until mixed.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the sweetener, cocoa powder, coconut flour, and salt.
- Add the dry mixture to the food processor and pulse until smooth.
- Spread the batter in the prepared pan and top with the remaining chocolate chips.
- Bake for about 20-30 minutes until the edges are set but the center is still soft.
- Allow the brownies to cool completely before slicing.
