Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine coconut flour, Besti brown, softened butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and sea salt.
- Mix the cookie dough with a hand mixer until well combined, then stir in the dark chocolate chips.
- Form 15 small balls of dough and place them onto the lined baking sheet, pressing each ball down into a cookie shape.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until the edges are slightly golden brown.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheet for 20 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
