Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the coconut flour, coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla, baking soda, salt, and eggs until a uniform batter forms.
- Add the chocolate chips and stir to distribute them evenly.
- Use a heaping tablespoon to drop the cookie dough onto the lined baking sheet and flatten them with your hands.
- Bake for 12-14 minutes until the edges are golden brown.
- Allow to cool on the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
