Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl until combined.
- Add the wet ingredients and mix until well incorporated.
- Fold in the chocolate chips if using.
- Form 12 small balls of dough and place them on the lined baking sheet.
- Press each ball into a cookie shape.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are slightly golden.
- Cool on the tray for 15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
