Ingredients

The cookies

  • 1 cup Wholesome Yum Coconut Flour
  • 12 tbsp Unsalted butter
  • cup Besti Monk Fruit Allulose Blend
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch Sea salt

Optional chocolate dip

  • ½ cup Sugar-free dark chocolate chips
  • 2 tsp Coconut oil
  • 3 tbsp Pecans

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C) and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Beat the butter and Besti together until fluffy, then mix in the vanilla extract.
  3. Add the coconut flour and salt to the mixture and combine until a dense dough forms.
  4. Scoop rounded tablespoonfuls of dough onto the prepared cookie sheet and flatten them.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are golden, then allow to cool completely.
  6. For the optional chocolate dip, melt the chocolate and coconut oil together, then dip the cookies and sprinkle with nuts before chilling until set.
