Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C) and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- Beat the butter and Besti together until fluffy, then mix in the vanilla extract.
- Add the coconut flour and salt to the mixture and combine until a dense dough forms.
- Scoop rounded tablespoonfuls of dough onto the prepared cookie sheet and flatten them.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are golden, then allow to cool completely.
- For the optional chocolate dip, melt the chocolate and coconut oil together, then dip the cookies and sprinkle with nuts before chilling until set.
