Fresh Veggie Pasta Salad with Bow Tie Noodles

The pasta and veggies

broccoli florets, chopped

zucchini, diced

grape tomatoes, halved

banana peppers, chopped
The dressing and cheese

Italian dressing

fresh mozzarella cheese, chopped

cup
fresh basil, chopped
Instructions
- 1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package directions.
- 2. In the last two minutes of cooking, add the chopped broccoli to the pasta.
- 3. Drain the pasta and broccoli and rinse them in cold water.
- 4. Chop the remaining veggies, cheese, and basil, and prepare the dressing.
- 5. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, chopped veggies, cheese, basil, and dressing. Toss to combine.
- 6. Taste and season if needed, then serve at room temperature or cold.
