Instructions
- 1. Boil water in a large pot and cook the frozen pasta and veggies for 3-4 minutes.
- 2. Drain and rinse the pasta and veggies, then allow them to cool.
- 3. In a large bowl, combine sliced zucchini, grape tomatoes, drained olives, halved pepperoni, sliced red onion, and sliced mushrooms.
- 4. Add the cooled pasta and veggies to the bowl and toss to combine.
- 5. Pour in the Italian dressing and mix thoroughly.
- 6. Chill the salad for at least 4 hours or up to 3-4 days before serving.
