Instructions
- Whisk together the white wine vinegar, apple cider vinegar, and sugar in a bowl or jar until the sugar dissolves.
- Stir in the olive oil, honey, shallot, sesame seeds, and optional poppy seeds until well blended.
- In a salad bowl, combine the spinach, almonds, and cranberries.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
