Instructions
- Melt the chocolate in a saucepan over very low heat.
- Stir in the agave nectar, chili powder, almond extract, and coconut milk.
- Refrigerate the mixture for 20-30 minutes until it thickens.
- Scoop the mixture into balls and place them on a parchment-lined plate.
- Combine the chopped almonds and cacao powder in a shallow bowl.
- Roll the truffle balls in the almond-cacao mixture before serving.
