The topping

pink sea salt or cacao nibs
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix tahini, maple syrup, vanilla, almond flour, and coconut oil until thick.
- Spoon out the mixture and roll into 1-inch balls, placing them on the baking sheet.
- Freeze the balls for 15 minutes.
- Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
- Dip each ball into the melted chocolate and return to the baking sheet.
- Sprinkle with pink sea salt or cacao nibs immediately after dipping.
- Chill the truffles in the freezer for another 10 minutes until set.
