Walnut Tahini Truffles

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • ¾ cup tahini
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 scoop collagen peptides (optional)
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • ½ cup crushed walnuts
  • 1 tbsp Bare Organics Superfoods Maca Powder
  • 1 cup dairy free chocolate chips
  • to taste pinch sea salt flakes

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet or large plate with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the almond flour, tahini, cinnamon, collagen (if using), maple syrup, maca, and ½ cup of the chocolate chips.
  3. Form individual balls and place them on the parchment paper.
  4. Freeze the truffles for 20 minutes.
  5. Melt the remaining ½ cup of chocolate in the microwave.
  6. Dip each truffle in the melted chocolate or drizzle chocolate on top.
  7. Sprinkle with crushed walnuts and sea salt.
  8. Store in the freezer and enjoy when cravings hit.
