Walnut Tahini Truffles

Instructions
- Line a baking sheet or large plate with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the almond flour, tahini, cinnamon, collagen (if using), maple syrup, maca, and ½ cup of the chocolate chips.
- Form individual balls and place them on the parchment paper.
- Freeze the truffles for 20 minutes.
- Melt the remaining ½ cup of chocolate in the microwave.
- Dip each truffle in the melted chocolate or drizzle chocolate on top.
- Sprinkle with crushed walnuts and sea salt.
- Store in the freezer and enjoy when cravings hit.
