Ingredients

The Filling

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • ½ - ¾ cup tahini
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 scoop PlantFusion Complete Protein Red Velvet Cake
  • ½ cup dairy free chocolate chips

The Chocolate Drizzle

  • ½ cup dairy free chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Mix all filling ingredients in a medium bowl, starting with ½ cup of tahini.
  2. Ensure the mixture is sticky; if it's crumbly, add more tahini.
  3. Form balls with a spoon and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Freeze the truffles for 30 minutes.
  5. Melt the remaining chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals.
  6. Dip each truffle in the melted chocolate and return them to the parchment paper.
  7. Freeze again for another 30 minutes before enjoying.
