Instructions
- Mix all filling ingredients in a medium bowl, starting with ½ cup of tahini.
- Ensure the mixture is sticky; if it's crumbly, add more tahini.
- Form balls with a spoon and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Freeze the truffles for 30 minutes.
- Melt the remaining chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals.
- Dip each truffle in the melted chocolate and return them to the parchment paper.
- Freeze again for another 30 minutes before enjoying.
