Ingredients

The truffles

  • 1 ½ cups dairy free chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup light coconut milk
  • ⅛-¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon

Optional add-ins and toppings

  • ½ cup dried cranberries
  • ½ cup cacao nibs
  • ½ cup chopped nuts
  • to taste cocoa powder
  • to taste chopped nuts
  • to taste coconut sugar and cinnamon mix
  • to taste dried fruit
  • to taste crushed pretzels
  • to taste sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave or on the stove until smooth.
  2. Combine the melted chocolate with the coconut milk, sea salt, vanilla extract, and cinnamon in a food processor and blend until smooth.
  3. Add any optional mix-ins and pulse until mixed.
  4. Scoop the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Freeze the balls for about 10 minutes.
  6. Roll the chilled balls into smooth shapes using your hands.
  7. Coat the truffles in your choice of toppings if desired.
  8. Enjoy your truffles!
