Instructions
- Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave or on the stove until smooth.
- Combine the melted chocolate with the coconut milk, sea salt, vanilla extract, and cinnamon in a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Add any optional mix-ins and pulse until mixed.
- Scoop the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Freeze the balls for about 10 minutes.
- Roll the chilled balls into smooth shapes using your hands.
- Coat the truffles in your choice of toppings if desired.
