Instructions
- Mix all filling ingredients in a bowl, starting with ½ cup of tahini.
- Form the mixture into balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Freeze the truffles for 30 minutes.
- Melt the remaining chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals.
- Dip each truffle in the melted chocolate, place back on parchment, sprinkle with sea salt, and freeze for another 30 minutes.
