Ingredients

The filling

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • ½-¾ cup tahini
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 scoop collagen peptides (optional)
  • ½ cup dairy free chocolate chips

The chocolate drizzle

  • ½ cup dairy free chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Mix all filling ingredients in a bowl, starting with ½ cup of tahini.
  2. Form the mixture into balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Freeze the truffles for 30 minutes.
  4. Melt the remaining chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals.
  5. Dip each truffle in the melted chocolate, place back on parchment, sprinkle with sea salt, and freeze for another 30 minutes.
