Ingredients

  • ¾ cup natural almond butter
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • ½ cup coconut cream
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • ¼ tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup coconut sugar
  • ¼ tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Melt coconut oil, coconut cream, and almond butter in a saucepan over low heat until just melted.
  2. Turn off the heat and stir in cocoa powder, vanilla, coconut sugar, and salt.
  3. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator or freezer for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Roll the chilled mixture into balls and coat with coconut sugar or melted chocolate chips.
  5. Store the truffles in the fridge or freezer.
