Instructions
- Melt coconut oil, coconut cream, and almond butter in a saucepan over low heat until just melted.
- Turn off the heat and stir in cocoa powder, vanilla, coconut sugar, and salt.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator or freezer for at least 30 minutes.
- Roll the chilled mixture into balls and coat with coconut sugar or melted chocolate chips.
- Store the truffles in the fridge or freezer.
