Instructions
- Prepare a plate lined with parchment paper.
- Blend dates, melted coconut oil, and water in a food processor until a paste forms.
- Add cacao powder, vanilla, cashew butter, and salt, then blend until combined.
- Gradually add almond flour until the mixture is sticky and forms a ball.
- Scoop out tablespoon-sized amounts and roll into balls.
- Optionally, roll the truffles in cacao powder for coating.
- For firmer truffles, freeze for 30 minutes before serving.
