Mexican Hot Chocolate Truffles

Instructions
- Process oats and walnuts in a food processor until well combined.
- Add dates and process until well combined.
- Incorporate cacao, flax, cinnamon, cayenne, and salt, processing again until mixed.
- Add almond milk as needed to form a dough ball.
- Roll the mixture into about 14 bites and coat each in cacao powder.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
