Ingredients

  • 1 cup ripe mango, diced
  • ½ small English cucumber, diced
  • cup red onions, diced
  • ¼ cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 unit jalapeño pepper, seeded and diced
  • 1 unit lime, juiced
  • to taste unit black pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl.
  2. Mix well to combine.
