Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together the pumpkin, egg, and vanilla until combined.
- In another bowl, mix the flour, oats, sugars, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves, chocolate chips, and cranberries.
- Fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined.
- Spoon the dough onto the baking sheet and flatten slightly.
- Bake for 13-15 minutes until lightly browned.
- Let cool on the baking sheet for 3 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
