Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a baking sheet.
- Cream together the butter and sugars until smooth.
- Mix in the butterscotch pudding mix, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, and butterscotch chips.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for about 10 minutes until edges are slightly golden.
- Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for two minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
