Ingredients

The cookie dough

  • 1 cup unsalted butter at room temperature
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 3/4 oz banana cream instant pudding mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Add-ins

  • 1 cup chopped vanilla wafer cookies
  • 1 ½ cups white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or a Silpat.
  2. 2. In a mixer, beat the butter and sugars until creamy.
  3. 3. Add the pudding mix, eggs, and vanilla extract to the mixture.
  4. 4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. 5. Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients until just mixed.
  6. 6. Stir in the chopped vanilla wafers and white chocolate chips.
  7. 7. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
  8. 8. Bake for about 10 minutes until slightly golden around the edges.
  9. 9. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for two minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
