Banana Pudding Cookies

Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or a Silpat.
- 2. In a mixer, beat the butter and sugars until creamy.
- 3. Add the pudding mix, eggs, and vanilla extract to the mixture.
- 4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- 5. Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients until just mixed.
- 6. Stir in the chopped vanilla wafers and white chocolate chips.
- 7. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
- 8. Bake for about 10 minutes until slightly golden around the edges.
- 9. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for two minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
