Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, salt, egg, and vanilla, mixing on medium speed for 2 minutes.
- Sift together the bread flour, all-purpose flour, and baking soda, then slowly add to the mixing bowl while mixing on low until fully combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes, rotating the pan halfway through.
