Soft Chocolate Chip Cookie

Instructions
- Prepare a baking sheet lined with foil and set aside.
- Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat or in the microwave and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, pudding mix, and baking soda; set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine the melted butter, eggs, vanilla, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until well mixed.
- Stir in the flour mixture until fully incorporated.
- Add the chocolate chips and refrigerate the dough for about an hour or overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Divide the dough into 25-30 portions and place them 3 inches apart on the baking sheet.
- Bake one tray at a time until the cookies are golden brown and the edges have set but the centers are still soft, about 10-14 minutes, rotating the baking sheet halfway through.
- Let the cookies cool for about 2 minutes before serving.
