Spinach Balls

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
- In a large bowl, beat the eggs and then mix in the water, melted butter, stuffing mix, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until combined.
- Stir in the thawed and squeezed spinach until well mixed.
- Divide the mixture into 32 equal portions and roll them into balls about 1 to 1½ inches thick.
- Place the spinach balls on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 18-20 minutes until heated through and lightly browned.
