Instructions
- Spiralize the zucchini and set aside on paper towels to absorb excess water.
- Heat olive oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat and sauté onion, celery, and garlic until fragrant.
- Add ground turkey or beef and cook until browned, draining excess liquid if necessary.
- Stir in the remaining sauce ingredients, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 30 minutes.
- In a separate skillet, heat olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add zucchini noodles to the skillet and cook for 1 to 2 minutes until tender.
- Serve the zucchini noodles topped with the bolognese sauce and enjoy.
