Instructions
- Spiralize the zucchini using a spiralizer or cut it into thin ribbons by hand.
- If desired, toss the zoodles with kosher salt and let them sit in a strainer for about 1 hour to expel excess water.
- After draining, blot the zoodles with paper towels to remove any remaining moisture.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the zoodles to the pan and sauté them for a few minutes until just tender.
- Serve immediately with your choice of sauce or toppings.
