Instructions
- Spiralize the zucchini and pat dry with paper towels.
- For the oven method, preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C). Grease a large baking sheet and arrange the zoodles in a thin layer, sprinkling lightly with sea salt.
- Bake for about 15 minutes until al dente, then pat dry with paper towels.
- For the stovetop method, place zoodles in a colander, sprinkle with sea salt, and let drain for 20-30 minutes.
- Squeeze out excess water, rinse off salt, and pat dry.
- Heat butter or olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, add zoodles, and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender, seasoning with salt and pepper.
