Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and prepare a baking sheet with non-stick spray.
- Use a spiralizer to cut the zucchini into noodles.
- If desired, cut the noodles into shorter lengths using kitchen shears.
- Transfer the zucchini noodles to the baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
- Toss the noodles to coat evenly and spread them out.
- Bake for 12 to 18 minutes until the noodles reach the desired tenderness.
- Drain excess liquid if necessary and serve with your choice of sauce.
