Instructions
- Choose the type of noodle you would like to make and follow the corresponding instructions.
- For curly 'spaghetti' noodles, clamp the spiralizer to your countertop, trim the zucchini, secure it, and turn the handle to make noodles.
- For straight 'angel hair' noodles, hold the zucchini and pull the julienne peeler across it to make strips.
- For 'fettucine' noodles, slice thin zucchini planks with a mandoline and cut them into fettuccine-sized strips.
- For 'pappardelle' noodles, use a vegetable peeler to peel thin strips of zucchini.
- To cook the noodles, heat a skillet to medium heat, brush with olive oil, add the noodles, and cook for 1 minute until warmed through.
