Baked Cajun Chicken

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and coat a baking dish with cooking spray.
- Brush the melted butter over both sides of the chicken.
- Combine Cajun seasoning, brown sugar, and salt in a small bowl.
- Rub the spice mixture onto both sides of the chicken breasts.
- Bake the chicken for 18-20 minutes until the internal temperature reaches at least 165°F.
- Sprinkle with parsley, let rest for 5 minutes, then slice and serve.
