Instructions
- Make the chimichurri sauce by blending parsley, shallot, garlic, chili, salt, pepper, oregano, and thyme until smooth, then stir in olive oil, lime juice, and zest.
- Season the flank steak with salt, pepper, and melted butter.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and sear the steak for 6 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Remove the steak from heat and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving with chimichurri sauce.
